Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

Compensation: $15 per hour and $150 for paid training with yearly bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Works closely with Owners in a team-centric environment.

Instructs survival and swim lessons by the British Swim School curriculum.

Must be reliable to work a flexible schedule of three-to-four-hour shifts on Sundays and weekday evenings -

No experience is required - we will teach you all you need to know!

Reliability & consistency is vital for our AWESOME kiddos and adults!

Enthusiastic personality and ready to enjoy having fun at work :)

Great team player

High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion.

Comfortable in and around the water. Strong swimming skills are a plus, but can be taught and developed if need be!
