Responsibilities: Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle to ensure the needs of our customers are met Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area served by our team to expand our sales region and meet the needs of a larger customer base An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts Great phone presence with a closer mentality Passionate about selling Compensation: $36,000 + production bonuses
