Responsibilities: • Keep up with all systems pertaining to business operations including customer data and back office support to keep the team productive • Make sure any upcoming challenges are met by communicating them to the team • Provide world-class customer service to our client base and vendors to achieve improved brand recognition • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skill-sets Qualifications: • Maintain confidentiality when assisting to problem-solve for clients and the team • Deadline driven and extremely organized • Some weekend and evening hours are required • Experience in our industry is a plus • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Expected to be in office/present during normal business hours Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000
