We are seeking a talented individual as an IT SUPPORT to provide multiple OS technical support to our growing cloud computing infrastructure across multiple international regions. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot Mac Servers and Workstations
- Deploy Mac software development tools and automate system configuration process
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve IT related issues in a converged infrastructure
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues via ticketing system
- Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 tickets
- Attend customer support requests to ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Utilize remote access to observe, analyze, and resolve IT problems
- Maintain technical support documentation, and SOP
- Mac Server configuration and monitoring
- Research and implement latest technologies as relates to DevOps
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
- Computer Science or Information System related degree required
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with Mac or Linux desktop support required
- Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Bash
- Highly organized, focused and result driven
- Effective problem-solver and quick learner
- Intellectual curiosity, accountability and positive approach
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
PREFERRED:
- Mac related IT work experience a major plus
- Prior work experience as a corporate/campus System Administrator or IT Support
- Prior work experience with Data Center operations, NOC, Co-locations, Network administrations
- Experience in web development and iOS development
- Certifications in IT, networking, virtualization, IT security and related areas

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000/year DOE
