●We’re currently hiring Junior Designers for the Brivity Platform, our tech division based in Bellingham Washington●As a Junior Designer, you will work with an amazing team of experienced designers in a coaching, development and growth culture●You will design website and technology solutions that will be seen and used by thousands of real estate professionals worldwide●You will work hard but be rewarded with opportunities to directly affect your career and earning potential through your own efforts PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES●Design, build and edit consumer-facing real estate websites with our custom, in-house site builder software●Work with the design and marketing teams to create materials to support and promote our products and brands●Learn to meet daily, weekly, and long-term deadlines in a fast-paced environment●Help to design and create prototypes for UI/UX software solutions with our product team●Pair with other designers and developers to achieve company goals●Other tasks as necessarySKILLS & REQUIREMENTS●Proficient with design software: the Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, etc.●Web design knowledge, including basic CSS and HTML●JavaScript knowledge a plus●Excellent written and verbal communication skills●Strong working knowledge of Google Apps●Highly organized with extreme attention to detail●Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities●Highly motivated by a growth and coaching culture●Must be willing to work in our Bellingham, Washington officeCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
