Digital Marketing Specialist Job Duties:

To create and manage advertising campaigns for our real estate customers. Here is what to expect:

Setup Google Ads campaigns using the advanced editor

Create compelling ad copy for campaigns

Setup Google Analytics on landing pages

Setup and manage Google Tag Manager accounts

Setup manage Facebook ad campaigns

Coordinate with virtual assistant in assigning tasks & QA of work

Find opportunities to improve conversion metrics

Optimize campaigns for better performance

Be proactive about identifying solutions

Take a hands-on approach to resolve every issue, taking it from start to finish

Maintain customer records by updating account information

Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related projects as needed

Digital Marketing Specialist Skills and Qualifications:

Strong written communication skills

3+ years experience in a digital marketing role(s)

2 years experience in Google Ads or Facebook Ads experience

Real Estate experience a plus

Strong problem-solving abilities

Tech-savvy persons only

Must Be Detailed Oriented

Deadline oriented

Goal-oriented

Works well in a fast pace environment

The ability to talk with-and listen to-our customers, like an expert
