Brivity’s Leads Team is made up of a group of innovative, analytical, creative individuals that thrive in ambiguous environments. Our goal is to maintain and create new marketing products, and build trusted relationships with our internal and external clients.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor performance of ad campaigns and proactively make adjustments

Optimize ad campaigns to effectively and efficiently spend ad budgets

Create clear marketing copy to promote marketing products/services

Troubleshoot technical issues within advertising platforms

Identify problems and effectively communicate changes and recommendations to key stakeholders and C-level executives

Oversee work orders from stage to stage; collect assets, review campaigns, and push live

Create and update any process sheets, workflows

Ability to assist in campaign creation and other tasks as needed

Job Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

Experience with Facebook or Google Adwords advertising a plus

Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills

Ability to multitask well

Be versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities

Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

Attention to detail, broad knowledge of statistics, mathematics and analytics

Familiarity in marketing automation tools or sales platforms

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
