We are the newest division of The Ben Kinney Company and we’re looking for a Property Manager to advocate for our client’s business. The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside the client during business hours, a tireless work ethic, and an insatiable appetite for growth.

Job Responsibilities

Manage all incoming work orders from start to finish.

Respond instantly to new service requests, communicate with residents, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and coordinate service with vendors and residents

Reviewing applications and supporting documents.

Screening applications and determining approval or denial of Applicants.

Verifying income and rental history.

Ordering, reviewing, sending, and coordinating full Lease Packets.

Making follow up calls to prospective tenants.

Job Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field.

At least 1yr of experience as Property Manager in the US/CA real estate market using APPFOLIO.

High C and S adaptive personality traits (DISC Profile).

At least B2-Upper Intermediate English proficiency..

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and property management tools.

Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.

Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.

Ability to work independently following the client’s business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
