    Job Description

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

    The VP of Client Management partners closely with assigned IDN/Hospital clients and internal stakeholders to execute client management activities relative to BroadJump Offerings and Solutions.  The VP of Client Management serves as the primary interface between external and internal stakeholders for client management and client satisfaction.

    Building on relationship management skills, the VP Client Management also leverages strong knowledge of the marketplace, financial acumen, contracting practices and related compliance expertise.  In partnership with other VP’s Client Management, this individual leads development of innovative client satisfaction and training and support for a portfolio of products i.e., Medical Device, Pharmacy, Procedure Level, and Purchased Services for BroadJump, LLC.  Key objectives include developing and deploying effective solutions that are customer-driven, compliant, and financially prudent for BroadJump and the client.

    Working in collaboration with the Executive VP of Client Management the VP Client Management has responsibility for assuring timely and accurate execution and implementation of client training, proactive support, and further expanding BroadJump’s relationship with the client.

     

    This is a full-time REMOTE based position. 

    ·         PRIMARY OBJECTIVE- TO PROVIDE SUPERIOR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TO BROADJUMP’S CLIENTS

    ·         Knowledgeable and experienced in relationship-building, business planning and meeting customers' needs.

    ·         Ability to persuade others and maintains positive relationships, utilizing consultative skills rather than positional power.

    ·         Innovative, healthy questioning of the status quo

    ·         Knowledge and experience in healthcare sourcing

    ·         Makes the complex simple, creating and executing job responsibilities that add value to both the customer and BroadJump while incorporating a broad variety of products.

    ·         Ability to handles multiple priorities and accounts.

    ·         Can generate diverse and successful approaches to customers that differ significantly from each other.

    ·         While exhibiting prudent risk taking, identifies new opportunities.

    ·         Communicates effectively with business partners and team members.

    ·         Effective in interacting and expressing ideas (verbally or written) with customers at all levels, management, peer groups and support functions.

    ·         Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    ·         Capable of strategic account business planning

    ·         Manages information and analyzes data effectively.

    ·         Confronts problems in an effective manner.

    ·         Readily takes action in making and/or modifying decisions when required.
