    About Our Client

    Our client develops and manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of catalog and custom-developed diagnostic quality solutions and component materials for the extended life sciences industry. We partner with IVD assay developers, and pharmaceutical, CRO and academic institutions in commercialization activities across the entire diagnostic pipeline - from concept and early stage research, through expedited product development and onwards into routine clinical use. Laboratorians and diagnostic professionals across disciplines of clinical chemistry, immunochemistry, serology, molecular diagnostics and clinical genomics rely on our clients products to support accurate and reliable diagnostic results.

    About the Position:

    The Clinical Genomics Inside Sales and Operations Associate will work as an integral part of a cross functional team that will include Marketing, Business Operations, Customer Service and Sales. This position will help drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales results by supporting and expanding the customer base for Clinical Genomics in US and EU regions. Participating as an integral part of our automated marketing and sales processes, this position will reach out to customers, provide pricing quotes and respond to customer inquiries with the ultimate goal to increase customer orders and grow revenues for the Clinical Genomics business

    • Meet sales targets and customer adoption objectives through phone and email communications with opportunities
    • Working with digital marketing communications, responsible for managing and triaging leads from all sources, including tradeshows, website and marketing automation activities
    • Support Clinical Genomic Business Development Managers with account management and revenue generation

    About the Job Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the IVD, Biotechnology, or Healthcare Industries.
    • Prefer someone with degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related Life Sciences Discipline.
    • Soft Skills: highly organized, persistent, and resilient.
