They are making waves in life science and clinical research for expanding access to their CRISPR and genome engineering tools and aiding in accelerating scientific discoveries worldwide.     About the Position
    This is a strategic position to grow the company’s critical business functions and cultivate relationships with Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical companies and Academic Research Institutions in MD, DE, VA, & WV. This hunter will have a strong Rolodex of KOL's in the market and will be eager to expand their customer base in a top performing territory. The Account Manager will work collaboratively with clients and bring value to the table. You must be able to manage long complex sales cycles while hunting for new business and maintaining existing customer relationships throughout the territory. This is a sophisticated sales role with significant potential for growth within the company.

    About the Job Requirements
    • 5-10 years technical sales experience in Life Sciences
    • Closed business and managed key Biotech, Pharma, and Academic accounts in Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia & Virginia
    • PASSIONATE about their work and supports company success as a team player
    • Ability to practice collaborative value-selling and drive multi-departmental engagements
    • Molecular Biology, Next-Generation Sequencing, and/or CRISPR sales or research experience is highly desired
