    About the Position:

    This individual will be responsible for downstream marketing initiatives for various Women's Health and STI assays.

    • Develop and execute messaging, downstream marketing programs, and campaigns to build awareness and support growth of on-market products.
    • Establish and measure KPI’s on an ongoing basis to monitor and adjust commercial execution to meet or exceed plan.
    • Reflect on and translate scientific performance data into appropriate sales and marketing messaging that will influence laboratory professional’s behavior and perspective as it relates to the value proposition of our product portfolio in the overall management of positive patient outcomes.
    • Coordinate efforts with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tactics and programs within specified budgets.
    • Create and update collateral and website as needed, especially as published data or guidelines change over time. Draft creative briefs and coordinate appropriate resources for input and delivery.
    • Drive and manage the success of marketing activities and campaigns with advertising and public relations agency partners.
    • Assist with qualitative and quantitative market research to develop new insights into the market and recommend appropriate changes in positioning and key messages as necessary.
    • Manage appropriate marketing projects through Legal and Regulatory approval process successfully.
    • Support adjunctive activities including medical education, tradeshows, etc. to ensure product messaging and support are aligned and effective.
    • Act as primary contact for interactions with field-based reps about product related inquiries.

    About the Job Requirements:

    • 3+ years product management and/or marketing experience in medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare related field required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Willingness and ability to travel (by land and/or air) up to approximately 25% of the time, including some international travel, is needed
    • Understanding of clinical diagnostic marketplace and customers, experience in public relations and communications, marketing, product management with the B2B space a plus.
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
