    About Our Client

    Our client develops and manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of catalog and custom-developed diagnostic quality solutions and component materials for the extended life sciences industry. We partner with IVD assay developers, and pharmaceutical, CRO and academic institutions in commercialization activities across the entire diagnostic pipeline - from concept and early stage research, through expedited product development and onwards into routine clinical use. Laboratorians and diagnostic professionals across disciplines of clinical chemistry, immunochemistry, serology, molecular diagnostics and clinical genomics rely on our clients products to support accurate and reliable diagnostic results.

    About the Position:

    Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strong sales growth, and strong long-term business relationships within key diagnostic and research accounts.

    • Develop key account strategy, target senior level decision makers (Director-level and executive level) within the R&D, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality and Commercial Operations.
    • Manage accounts in assigned territory and execute all sales related activities to develop strong long-term business relationships with IVD developers and research accounts.
    • Develop the market for new products and custom solutions per the customer’s requirements.

    About the Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience selling capital equipment or laboratory products to IVD, Pharma, Biotech, and Research Industries. 
    • Prefer technical experience or scientific educational background.
