    Broadridge is seeking a hardworking, motivated, and creative SEO STRATEGIST to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will focus on partnering with product and delivery teams to successfully deploy a scalable, best in class SEO strategy to the client's website program. In addition, you will partner with internal and client teams to help craft and deploy a white-glove training service with focus on SEO, content strategy, and overall digital marketing standard methodologies. This key resource will act as a SME on the Product team for all things related to search engine optimization, analytics and reporting. This resource will also be a client facing consultant to provide mentorship and search strategy to our key accounts.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support Senior product leadership with finding opportunities and standard methodologies for search marketing
    • Manage and communicate SEO as business strategy with measurable and executable goals
    • Review and analyze analytics data to isolate trends, opportunities and make recommendations for client website programs
    • Craft, maintain and distribute regular performance reports to internal teams and client partners
    • Work with development teams to ensure SEO standard methodologies are implemented when deploying web properties
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
    • Perform regular industry research to ensure Broadridge is keeping up and staying ahead of emerging trends
    • Review accompanying PPC campaigns and craft complimentary organic search strategies
    • Execute complex SEO work
    • Technical analysis, keyword strategy/research, back-link analysis, SEO audits, on-page and off page optimization, link growth strategy, content strategy and more
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or Advertising
    • 4-6+ years experience in performing tactical and strategic SEO execution
    • A self-starter with Google Analytics certification required, Google AdWords certification preferred
    • Experience with Google's, Bing's and other's toolsets including: Analytics, Search Console, Webmaster Tools, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, AdWords, Bing Ads, schema.org and more
    • Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
    • A solid grasp of how blogging, social media, paid search and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
    • A collaborator with a deep knowledge of mobile marketing strategies
    • Demonstrable ability to influence multi-functional team(s) without formal authority
    • Contributor with previous client facing experience required
    • You will be a clear and concise verbal and written communicator
