    Job Description

    Broadridge is growing! We are actively recruiting for a Marketing Specialist to join our global Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating messaging and value propositions for products, developing marketing programs and campaigns, including thought leadership initiatives, digital marketing, and lead generation, across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social, paid media and search, events, media and analysts relations, etc.) You will work closely with and in support of the Vice President of Marketing, Capital Markets, as well as with other marketers globally, in addition to coordinating with sales leads, and product management to develop and execute marketing plans, content and campaigns and to deliver measurable results and return on investment.

    The Marketing Specialist is responsible for a broad range of marketing responsibilities from planning, value proposition development, product marketing, budget management, campaign marketing, digital and social media, sales enablement, and marketing communications. They will demonstrate excellent project management skills as well as a mix of marketing skills, knowledge about the financial services industry, and ability to prioritize work very efficiently in a fast-paced, highly matrixed work environment.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support development of the Capital Markets marketing strategy, including planning and executing campaigns that deploy an appropriate mix of marketing tactics and channels to deliver consistent and impactful marketing that meets sales/business objectives.
    • Develop compelling, differentiating value propositions, positioning, and messaging at the product and segment level for Capital Markets-related products and solutions.
    • Align with the Capital Markets marketing plan to develop product marketing collateral and web content, case studies, thought leadership, and sales enablement tools in conjunction with the business product leaders/managers and the wider Capital Markets marketing team.
    • Design and execute compelling, integrated marketing programs and campaigns partnering with the wider marketing team and shared marketing services (Brand, Events, Digital, PR, Corporate Communications) that deliver against objectives.
    • Craft impactful, on-brand marketing communications -including sales communications, emails, newsletters, social media posts, webinars, and other thought leadership content.
    • Support lead generation campaigns in conjunction with the prospecting team to develop new sales pipeline opportunities.
    • Monitor competitor marketing activity and relevant customer trends.
    • Track and report on the impact of marketing activities to maximize value
    • Manage campaigns to time and budget. Track budget and invoices accurately.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BA Degree (preferably with concentration in marketing)
    • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in the finance or technology industry Experience as a multi-channel marketer with a strong digital bias
    • Ability to learn and use marketing technology platforms.
    • Experience in at least some of the following: Copywriting, proven digital delivery, agency relations, collateral creation (partnership with Brand/Design), stakeholder management, webinars/events.

    SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

    • B2B marketing experience in a SaaS technology and services environment, preferably within a broker-dealer, investment bank, prime broker, or other financial services firm that serves institutional clients.
    • An understanding of sell-side trends and technology
    • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) and ability to manage multiple business and sales stakeholders.
    • Experienced multi-channel marketer adept at using marketing technology platforms

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Can be located in any east coast US location
    • Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 20% as needed
