    Job Description

    Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking a self-directed, problem solver to join our Corporate Finance team as an Accounts Recievable Clerk based out of our San Diego, CA location. As our Revenue Analyst, you will work as a self-directed problem solver with a focus on execution, accountability and ownership. You will assess financial risk and minimize the organizations and clients' exposure or liabilities by recommending and implementing solutions to minimize the identified.

    THIS IS A TEMPORARY, LONG-TERM CONTRACT ROLE.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist customers by phone with payment inquiries and collection follow-up

    • Process transactions and monitor commission documentation for Sales team

    • Process credit card payments, refunds, service modifications and/or cancellations

    • Ensure receipt of signed seminar maintenance agreements for advisors before shipment of purchased seminar systems

    • Track and confirm receipt of payments for key broker-dealers or advisors to accounting and sales managers

    • Coordinate with sales reps to assure accuracy of seminar, EMD and other service orders

    • Process newsletter (KIT-AMP) auto-charge batches

    • Respond to newsletter inquiries as back-up to co-worker

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel highly preferred

    • You should understand in detail both how and why functions are performed and how they are related to the overall billing structure.

    • You will need to effectively communicate findings to peers and leaders

    • You should possess project management skills

    • You should be able to research complex issues with internal partners and respond to customer, client, and/or internal client requests via telephone and/or email.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet designated deadlines
