We're looking for a dynamic Full Stack Sr. Engineer with strong full stack and data processing knowledge to help us write the next generation of cloud based solutions for financial advisors. We've recently launched an innovation lab to bring new technical light into our organization and are looking for motivated engineers to create high-quality software.

This is a temporary, contract position.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience as a software engineer using full stack technologies
• You have experience building projects from the ground up from business requirements with minimal oversight.
• You possess a strong desire for clean, simple and maintainable code as well as continuous learning and improvement
• Experience with unit testing or test driven development
• Experience with modern JavaScript, front-end frameworks (React preferred)
• Experience with Java or a modern JVM language (Scala preferred)
• Experience with database design including tuning query performance
• Working knowledge of Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban)
• Working knowledge of one cloud provider such as AWS or Azure
• Working knowledge of Git

We'll like you even more if you have at least one of the following:

• Experience with an alternate JVM language such as Scala or Kotlin
• Experience with functional programming
