Broadridge is seeking a hardworking, motivated, and creative Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Solutions Group on contract basis in a remote capacity. As a leading provider of Financial Service Technology Offerings, we are looking for your expertise in developing and automating the workflows, AWS IaC deployments and migration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of AWS cloud deployment tools and solutions using Terraform for IaC
• Perform AWS IaC cloud development and design work using Terraform, which may include logical system design, cloud architecture analysis and design, and systems engineering
• Implement and automate the deployment of IaC for IaaS and PaaS services in AWS using Jenkins, Git, Nexus and Chef.
• Develop and implement cloud strategy and vision, enterprise cloud security, cloud solutions design and delivery, cloud migrations, infrastructure automation across a wide range of platforms
• Develop IaC blueprints with Terraform for a secure and adoptable multi-tenant cloud framework including custom governance, security, identity management and operational controls
• Develop automation templates and other IaC solutions to automate the provisioning and maintenance of large-scale environments and configuration management
• Support various technology groups and be an inspiring leader in the adoption of cloud architectures for existing and new applications, on-call rotation
• Work with various application and infrastructure teams to improve their internal processes
• Conduct meetings with internal partners across IT and act as an ambassador for the team, spreading cloud-related knowledge to others in the organization

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience crafting and supporting AWS and/or Azure IaC deployments with Terraform
• Must be proficient with developing and supporting automation pipelines with Jenkins
• AWS/Azure Cloud Certification
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins and DevOps pipelines
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Proficient in architecting and managing AWS cloud environments
