    Job Description

    Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our team. This position will offer you a wide variety of opportunities if you have an aptitude for risk mitigation and control.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in the implementation of Information Security Initiatives for the Customer Communication business
    • Build and reinforce security awareness messages for associates pertaining to Broadridge Information Security practices
    • Ensure Information Security training and awareness courses are completed by the business unit
    • Handle updates and attestations for critical information (i.e.-application inventory, segregation of duties).
    • Liaison between Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance and the respective business unit
    • Risk assessments and audits – craft and implement control frameworks (i.e. ISO, HIPPA, SSAE) gathering evidence, and reporting to business management on the state of Information Security
    • Data Loss Prevention (DLP), supervise and control internal Broadridge Customer Communication emails where DLP policies have triggered and a determination is required to release or reject
    • Support Investor Communication Solutions New and Emerging product audits and reviews (i.e. – Tax reporting, Transfer Agency)

    IDEAL BACKGROUND:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and job related experience 1 – 2 years
    • Experienced in Information Security, Risk mitigation, and industry control frameworks
    • Strong project management skills
    • 1099 / 1042S Tax operations experience
    • Transfer Agent back office experience preferred, not required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint)

    MINIMUM PROFICIENCIES:

    • Ability to work under pressure and handle several projects at one time
    • Good organization and prioritization skills
    • Demonstrates ability to work both independently and in a team environment
    • Openness to work flexible hours
