The associate will be responsible for reviewing requests for sales, ensuring compliance with business rules, regulations, and guidelines and processing the sales requests in a timely manner. The associate will have an understanding the real-time trading platform utilized by the business to execute trades. The associate will be responsible for ensuring share delivery on a daily basis, reconciliation of all trades and trade volume and ensuring that we maintain our SLA’s. In addition, the associate can be responsible for the processing of purchase sweeps on a daily basis which included balancing cash, understanding plan rules and requirements, review of reporting, submission of wire requests, movement of shares, and requesting executions of purchase trades, and submitting request for statement runs. Purchases are done for both voluntary cash as well as dividend reinvestment and can be both open market and issuance – in this role, the associate would have a thorough understanding of both. The associate will be responsible for the day to day activities related to both purchase and sale processing and will be required to have an understanding of activities required for both.
· Daily processing of purchases and sales
· Problem resolution/escalations
· Assist with Special Projects
· Testing and implementing TSP initiatives
· Review and processing of requests for sales in accordance with all necessary regulations
· Balancing of cash available for purchase, reconciliation of purchase, processing the purchase sweep and ensuring proper share allocation
· Submitting requests for executions of trades as required for both purchase and sales
· Share delivery as required for both purchase and sales
· Submission of statement requests to Print Team for fulfillment
· Communication with various business partners including the Relationship Management team, Registrar, and Finance
