    Job Description

    Are you looking for a challenging role in a growing company? Broadridge is hiring! This role is the lead responsible for the business management of the data models, services, and integrations/conversions for Broadridge’s Wealth Management Client Onboarding platform. Will provide oversight and direction for all analysis, requirements definition and execution activities to ensure alignment with the Vice President – Client Onboarding / Lifecycle’s strategic vision for the platform.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with VP – Client Onboarding / Lifecycle to understand the direction and key objectives of the strategic Client Onboarding program.
    • Work with Broadridge peers and external client partners to define high-level development objectives for the Client, Account, and Relationship (CARMA) business and data model, services, and system integrations.
    • Direct, review, and approve the development of user stories, business rules and other functional requirements for CARMA.
    • Lead analysis, requirements definition, testing, and business execution of “name and address” conversions.
    • Work with internal Broadridge and external client technology partners to ensure quality development and implementation of the business requirements.
    • Work with Quality Assurance partners to ensure defect-free delivery of the required features, data components and conversions.
    • Work with the project management team to ensure complete and accurate reporting of program activities.
    • Work with external client partners to develop effective user engagement and training strategies.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Four-year college degree or equivalent required.
    • 7-10 years Client Onboarding related professional experience required.
    • Familiarity with Wealth Management business terms and processes required.
    • Travel may be required depending on external client location.

    SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

    • Candidate must be effective at communicating both business and technical concepts related to the project requirements and objectives.
    • Candidate must have experience working with client and relationship-centric business and data models.
    • Candidate must be proficient at interpreting data file layouts.
    • Candidate must be able to multi-task across a variety of different activities and deliverables, with varying deadlines.
    • Standard Microsoft Office technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc..) required.
    • Familiarity with Agile project development practices preferred but not required.
