    Broadridge is currently seeking sharp, business-minded student interns with data analysis and research skills to join our teams for a 10 week summer internship starting in June 2019. The internship provides you with an in-depth understanding of the organization through mentored work experience. You are placed within our print production facility to gain exposure to: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY, CLIENT SERVICES, PRODUCTION OPERATIONS, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, AND SOFTWARE APPLICATION.

    Broadridge's internship program offers you the opportunity to work on a range of business assignments, utilize the skills you have developed and match your interests to a real job.

    Our objective is to equip you with a hands-on work experience while providing the core values and skills necessary for a successful career. During your internship, you will network and build strong business relationships that will be beneficial towards a lucrative future. The mentorship you will receive from highly engaged management teams will provide you with the industry knowledge and support associates obtain by being a member the Broadridge family.

    This Internship will allow you to explore Broadridge as a potential employer upon graduation. This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn more about the rapidly growing financial technology area. Interns that successfully complete this paid internship could very likely be offered a supervisory position upon graduation.

    OUR PROGRAM HAS FIVE MAIN COMPONENTS:

    1. ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES: Day-to-day work that aligns within the function of the business unit
    2. MANAGEMENT LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES: Group Learning Discussions, Leadership Development Trainings, Professional Mentorship Relationships, Small group projects
    3. PROFESSIONAL SOCIAL NETWORKING: Informal Networking Events for Interns
    4. INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE DEVELOPMENT: Financial Industry Event, Broadridge 101 Training, Operations Facility Tour(s)
    5. BROADRIDGE PRESENTATION: Frequent collaboration towards a Broadridge presentation given to senior leaders of Broadridge at the conclusion of the program
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • Currently enrolled student seeking a degree: preferably Business Management or Management/Supply Chain
    • Undergraduate students working towards a Bachelor's degree in their junior or senior year of study
    • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Additional requirements might apply.
    • Attention to detail in a face-paced work environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
    • Interest and a real passion for learning about the Financial - Tech industry

    WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?

    College Students who:

    • Are entering his/her Junior or Senior year in Sept. 2019.
    • That have an approximate 3.0 GPA or higher.
    • Have exhibited leadership skills through course work, volunteer work, extracurricular activities, other part-time jobs/ internship experiences.
    • Have excellent written, oral communication skills.
    • Have strong presentation skills.
    • Can start the program on June 3rd and are available for the full 10 weeks of the program.
    • Students who are passionate about becoming our next generation of great leadership.
