    Job Description

    Broadridge is growing! We are actively recruiting for a Sr Project Manager to join our global PMO in Boston. The focus of this role is to lead internal (efficiency gaining projects) and external (client implementations) projects of Broadridge’s proprietary Revenue and Expense Management application, Revport, for Capital Markets.

    Professional Qualities for PM include:

    • Able to balance multiple projects and their associated tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to handle projects that contain multiple software/service components.
    • Experience managing uncertainty and risk within projects
    • Learn and conform to the Revenue and Expense Management’s Project Management / Implementation Methodology as defined by the GTO Project Management Office (PMO) within Broadridge
    • Ability to drive key achievements of the project (Software Acceptance, Scenario Modeling, Training, etc.)
    • User experience with Microsoft Project (preferred) or similar project tracking software
    • A solid track record of adapting to a changing business environment
    • Ability to understand contracts, consulting services billing and milestone revenue recognition
    • Validated project, time and task management
    • Strong analytical and product skills, including a detailed understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
    • Act as the liaison and coordinator for meetings, deliverables, etc.
    • Clear and concise project tracking and reporting. This includes but is not limited to weekly status reporting, action item tracking, regular project plan maintenance, metrics reporting, budget reporting, steering committee meetings, etc.
    • Clear understanding of when escalation is necessary and when it is not.
    • Comfort establishing or soliciting clear priority across multiple initiatives to ensure appropriate resource focus
    • Experience in relationship development and recognizing/leveraging cross-selling opportunities
    • Certified Project Manager (ie PMP) preferred
    • Ability to Travel
