    Job Description

     

    Astrid, our next-generation corporate actions platform is looking for an experienced UAT Manager to join the team in delivering large-scale technology and operational transformation for Tier-1 banks in North America, Europe and APAC.

     

    The successful candidate will support the change management function and will be responsible for delivering UAT for complex technology programs on behalf of Broadridge’s Asset Servicing business.

     

    The candidate will be required to work closely with the client to ensure that UAT scope and plans align with the client’s acceptance criteria and will be responsible for managing and reporting daily UAT progress for Broadridge. 

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Line Management and development of the Conversion Team through training and assessment and development plans
    • Supporting the department to achieve exceptional levels of service by ensuring that standard implementations processes, and controls are maintained
    • Guiding and coaching a self-organizing, cross-functional team in a Agile framework using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
    • Ensuring that the Implementations Team are sufficiently staffed, sufficiently skilled and able to meet the forecasted demand with the agreed utilization of staff.
    • Collaborating with the project managers responsible for delivering the solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time, cost and quality
    • Collaborating with other departments/products within Broadridge to successfully deliver multi-product solutions
    • Act as an escalation point for customer and project issues

    ELIGIBILITY:

    • Essential
      • ~15+ years of strong experience in Financial Software Services/Products and knowledge of Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management domains is needed.
      • Experience in Agile project execution as a product owner or technical architect.
      • The ability to motivate people including excellent spoken and written communication skills.
      • Decent level of proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, SWIFT Formats, ETL tools and Cloud based technologies is a plus.
    • Strongly Desirable
      • Knowledge of Corporate actions systems and processing is an added advantage
