    We are currently recruiting for the Technology Track of our Management Training Program (MTP) to join our team in Deer Park, NY.

    As a Management Trainee, you will gain IT and business experience through a series of job rotations within our teams that support our front line businesses and corporate functions. You'll spend time with our leaders in various functions including Endpoint, Infrastructure, Networks, Security Engineering, Operations, Service Delivery, Automation, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Development, and receive invaluable mentorship as well. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our Technology organization, our business, and a keen leadership foundation that will enable you to add to our success in providing world-class service to our clients.

    The Broadridge Management Training Program - Technical Track is an 8-month rotational learning experience based in our Edgewood, NY office that starts in June 2019. During your rotations, you will have the opportunity to observe, participate and report on business processes and gain valuable insight on our best management practices.

    You will collaborate with fellow Management Trainees to craft and deliver group presentations to the leadership team at the conclusion of each rotational phase. To ensure your continued development, you will receive performance feedback throughout your job rotations. In addition, you'll engage in developmental activities inside and outside of Broadridge including senior management and departmental meetings, workshops and discussions, as well as associate networking events.

    At the completion of the Management Training Program, you will be placed in a full-time role where you will immediately be able to apply your newly developed technology and leadership skills.

    • New or recent college graduate with BA/BS in Management Information Systems, Technology, or other related fields.
    • GPA: 3.0+.
    • Demonstrated prior work/leadership experiences.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
    • Excellent time-management skills and flexibility.
    • Thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Able to meet and exceed the demands of strict deadlines.
    • Strong focus on productivity, quality and efficiency.
