    Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in New York. We will need you to interface frequently with clients to capture and communicate their requirements for various implementation tasks and development features and to help ensure timely delivery of them according to a defined project plan.

    Requirements:

    • You will guide projects through the project management lifecycle to achieve successful implementation
    • You'll utilize skills and available resources to work with project team members (i.e.: business clients, development, compliance and user acceptance teams, etc.) to develop and execute test plans, designs, and cases as well as provide required/associated reporting.
    • Assist in the day-to-day duties of the Corporate Technology team and third party vendor support team projects critical to the overall success of the project. These duties include compiling and publishing meeting minutes, coordinating install and change activities, chairing weekly project meetings, etc.
    • Lead all aspects of consulting projects that involve strategy development, organization restructuring, and management of the business to improve efficiencies.
    • You will, assist in preliminary analysis of improvements and propose solutions
    • You will review all projects assessing risk to timeline, budget, customer happiness as well as assessing and balancing impact of changes to project scope. You'll identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities with assessments, analyses and recommendations on progress of projects, and serve as the point for senior management related to project specific issues.
    • Work with development, infrastructure, and analysts teams to identify and detail functional gaps

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).
    • Strong knowledge of Database concepts and Relational Database Management Systems such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle, and MS Access
    • You should possess process mapping experience
    • Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Archer a plus
    • Experience with UML, or general experience with use cases and process flow diagrams
    • Agile experience a plus
    • Financial services industry experience
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • High motivated, proactive individual with the ability to work independently
    • Proven project management capabilities with ability to multi-task
