    Job Description

    Are you looking for a position in a growing company? Broadridge is hiring!  We’re seeking an Engagement Lead to be a part of our Broadridge Consulting Services team.  You will work closely with our top tier clients to help define solutions and grow our business. 

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You will work close with Sale and Account Management to build Professional Services T&M pipeline related to Capital Markets.
    • Work with Sales and Account Management to close T&M engagements related to equity processing and financing.   An active owner and participant in reaching revenue targets via Client engagements.
    • Provide input in the sales process on business and functional opportunities
    • Act as the main Client contact point on Professional Service engagements 
    • Provide oversight on various engagements that requires hands on functional expertise, and provide design solutions and thought leadership to guide the Client 
    • Estimate project effort and provide direct input into a Statement of Work
    • Manage a team of associates and contractors that are deployed on projects where you are the Engagement Lead.
    • Maintain project plans, deliverables, budget and reporting as an Engagement Lead
    • Support the BA and Development team in conducting preliminary analysis of requirements and document solutions via BRD or FRD.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A total of 15 years of Brokerage Operations with transaction lifecycle experience processing equity products and its derivatives
    • 5+ years of experience analyzing, solutioning and documenting requirements and system specifications as a Business Analyst
    • Functional knowledge and Hands-on experience using Broadridge “BPS” Post Trade Processing platform a plus
    • Inventive self-starter who is comfortable interacting and coordinating with internal and external partners
    • Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm to learn and excel in a dynamic team environment
    • Superb analytical abilities and persistence in problem solving
    • Ability to manage time appropriately and deliver under tight deadlines
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
