  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Leads recruitment efforts; Source, screen, recruit and present high quality, diverse talent to hiring managers for selection.
    • Evaluate candidates based on various employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other impactful experience pertinent to the selection of candidates.
    • Correspond with candidates, presenting our organization’s industry and work flow
    • Pre-screens, interviews, and manages full cycle recruiting process 
    • Prepares recruitment activity updates and reports and tracks related recruitment efforts.
    • Partners with business leaders to define talent/staffing needs and establish recruiting strategy, ensuring a flow of exceptional talent.
    • Monitors vacancy and turnover rates for service lines and works with hiring manager to develop strategies to address retention issues.
    • Build and nurture relationships with internal business leaders to ensure a foundation of trust, integrity; engages in a collaborative approach to fill open positions.
    • Manage the on boarding process.
    • Performs other human resources responsibilities and duties as assigned

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in human resources or related discipline, MBA or graduate degree a plus
    • 2+ years experience in HR
    • Proven ability to build strong working relationships
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High tolerance for ambiguity and change
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
