Job Description

Responsible for operational results of communities assigned to assure corporate expectations are met.  Provides leadership and guidelines to Executive Directors and other staff.  Carries out special assignments as directed by CEO. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads and develops strategic programs, policies and processes, and drives action plans to ensure desired business outcomes and continuous improvement of operational results at the community level.
• Prepares budgets for communities and assures financial targets are attained.
• Provides orientation, training, coaching, and development for Executive Directors, Regional Directors of Operations, department heads and other key staff.
• Assures staffing at assigned communities is adequate to meet corporate and regulatory requirements. 
• Prepares communities to attain successful CARF Accreditation.
• Evaluates performance of Executive Directors and other staff.
• Assures SRG operational standards are met.
• Performs audits to assure various aspects of operations are attaining expected targets.
• Evaluates physical plant and FF&E needs of communities and recommends necessary purchase/projects.
• Assists with risk management endeavors.
• Carries out special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other applicable program of study.
• Minimum 10 years of successful senior living operational experience including leadership and management of directors and managers.
• Demonstrated capability working cross functionally in a multi-state and or multi-site operations.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Licensed as necessary to oversee community operations.
• Thorough understanding of best practices and regulations that govern industry and employment.

Additional Information

• The anticipated wage range for this position is $16,700 - $25,000 / month
