BROCHELLE VINEYARDS, a boutique family-owned and operated winery is searching for a bright personality to add to our team. WE HAVE AN IMMEDIATE, full-time opening for someone who is multi-faceted, dynamic, and energetic.
Bring your proven sales & communication skills to work every day and delight our customers who reward with generous tips.
Our goal has always been to provide unrivaled hospitality to our guests. We make every effort to continually enhance the winery visitor experience. When guests enter through our doors, we want the wines, the staff interaction, and surroundings to exceed any expectations they may have had. The person who fills this position will be someone who thrives in hospitality, and truly values the customer’s experience.
The selected candidate will close sales and add new Wine Club Members without the guests even aware they are being sold to. You will provide winery education to our customers and Club Members so that they themselves leave as Ambassadors. You will be adept at keeping the lines of communication open and honest between yourself, fellow team members and ownership. Being self-driven and able to work independently is a must.
We honor your sales performance with monthly sales bonuses, commissions on Club Memberships, and tips are included on our point of sale for the customer to reward your standout hospitality. Benefits include paid time off and health insurance is available. This position will include weekend shifts and various events as they are scheduled throughout the year.
