Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Broiler / Grill Cook with 4–5 years of experience in a high-volume, high-end restaurant environment. This role demands precision, consistency, and a deep understanding of proper broiling and grilling techniques. You’ll be responsible for executing dishes to exact standards in a fast-paced kitchen where quality is non-negotiable.
What You’ll Bring:
4–5 years of hands-on broiler and grill experience
Proven track record in a busy, upscale restaurant
Strong attention to detail and presentation
Ability to handle high volume with speed and consistency
Clean, organized, and dependable work ethic
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
English-speaking and able to follow verbal and written instructions
