Weekend Cleaning Technician - Brokate Janitorial (Springfield, MO)

Brokate Janitorial is looking for reliable custodians who are able to execute scheduled cleaning tasks with detail and efficiency.

Position: Cleaning Technician

No experience necessary.

Hourly Compensation: $13.00/hour

Shift Availability: Part-Time / Weekends (Saturday and Sunday ONLY) 10-16 hours per week

Brokate Janitorial is a well established local service business established in 1995. We have experienced expansive growth over the last 10 years in the Springfield area. Our commercial cleaning positions pay weekly, offer direct deposit and benefits for both full and part time team members

Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:

• Physical - Must be capable of working on your feet for long hours, being able to bend, pull, push and lift 50 lbs without limitations.
• Reliable – Must maintain excellent attendance and provide proper notice for absences.
• Detail Oriented - Safely perform tasks with high level of detail, while looking for areas outside the regular routine that need attention.
• Time Management - Complete cleaning tasks in budgeted time allotted for the facilities as assigned.
• Transportation – Must have reliable transportation to and from job site. Team Members must have a valid driver license and be able to drive to multiple facilities in Springfield each day to obtain hours.
• Communication – Must communicate effectively with direct Supervisor with supply needs, equipment and facility issues that arise.
