Job Title : Broker Assistant

Location : Dallas, TX

Pay : $22-$25

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm

Job Description:

As a Broker Assistant, you'll be the right hand to the Broker—ensuring seamless operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier service. This is a role for someone who thrives in detail-oriented work and excels at multitasking in a collaborative, professional setting.

• Partner closely with Brokers to support all policy-related tasks and high-profile accounts.
• Deliver outstanding service to agents, underwriters, and retailers by responding to inquiries and solving account issues efficiently.
• Regularly communicate with clients and underwriters, offering expert guidance and recommending additional coverages when appropriate.
• Confidently explain coverage options and liabilities to agents and clients in a clear and patient manner.
• Assist in preparing quotes for new business, renewals, and endorsements.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and underwriters to promote ongoing business success.
• Manage renewal activity, cancellations, and non-renewal notices with accuracy and professionalism.
• Keep a close eye on billing, collections, and taxes—proactively addressing issues before they arise.

Requirements/Duties:

One year of Wholesale Insurance preferred

TX Insurance License

Extensive knowledge of Insurance

High School Diploma required
