    Position Overview

    The Senior Broker is responsible for independently sourcing, developing, negotiating, and closing healthcare real estate and practice-related transactions. This role manages the full deal lifecycle and serves as a strategic advisor to clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Deal Sourcing & Execution

    • Independently source, develop, convert, and close deal opportunities.

    • Lead discovery calls to identify client needs and opportunities.

    • Send and negotiate listing and representation agreements.

    Client Leadership & Strategy

    • Lead client and internal team huddles to guide deal strategy.

    • Manage go-live huddles and oversee deal execution.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction.

    Negotiation & Vendor Management

    • Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) with clients, buyers, and landlords.

    • Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and external vendors.

    • Facilitate execution of legal documents and closings.

    Documentation & Deal Oversight

    • Create and submit voucher drafts for management approval.

    • Oversee document management and ensure accuracy in DMS.

    • Maintain deal notes, reporting, and compliance documentation.

    Market Expertise & Reporting

    • Conduct advanced market research and site selection.

    • Participate in weekly pipeline meetings with Vice Presidents.

    • Provide strategic insight on market trends and deal structures.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in healthcare real estate brokerage or senior-level dental/healthcare operations with transaction exposure.

    • Strong negotiation, deal management, and client advisory skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple active transactions independently.

    • Proficient with deal management software and CRM systems.

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
