    Position Overview
    We are seeking a motivated Practice Sales Broker to support and manage dental practice sale transactions from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a dental setting who is interested in transitioning into practice sales and brokerage. Prior practice sales or real estate brokerage experience is not required, as we are willing to train and support the right candidate through the licensing process. The ideal candidate is driven, eager to learn, and comfortable building relationships and guiding clients throughout the transaction process in the Chicagoland area.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and source dental practice sale opportunities.

    • Conduct valuation analysis and market assessments.

    • Lead negotiations and prepare practice sale agreements.

    • Manage the full transaction lifecycle, including due diligence and closing coordination.

    • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.).

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.

    • Provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients on market trends and sale structures.

    • Prepare and manage documentation, client reporting, and deal records.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with working in a dental setting required

    • Dental Assistants, Front Office Admins and/or Office Managers that are looking for a career change while staying in the dental field are encouraged to apply!

    • Ability to manage multiple transactions independently.

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    • No real estate or brokerage experience required, willing to train and help license the right candidate.
