MEMBERS OF OUR IMPLEMENTATION TEAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING CUSTOMERS THROUGH INITIAL PLANNING, SOFTWARE SETUP, SUPPORT AND TOOL TRAINING.
OUR CUSTOMERS VARY IN SIZE, SO WE ARE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHO HAVE THE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND FLEXIBILITY TO HELP WITH A VARIETY OF TASKS AND CHALLENGES INCLUDING:
DRIVING PRODUCT ADOPTION ACROSS THE CUSTOMER BASE
ENSURING ALL CUSTOMERS COMPLETE THE REQUIRED ONBOARDING STEPS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
PROVIDING ALL ONGOING SUPPORT VIA MULTIPLE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS INCLUDING HELP DESK EMAIL, PHONE, CHAT, SCREEN SHARING SOFTWARE, ONLINE SOCIAL PLATFORMS, ETC.
STAYING IN TOUCH WITH ASSIGNED CUSTOMERS, KEEPING AN EYE ON THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH BROKERMINT SOFTWARE AND PROACTIVELY PREVENTING POSSIBLE ISSUES OR SERVICE CANCELATIONS
INVOLVING AND FACILITATING COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CLIENTS AND TIER 2 SPECIALISTS AND OTHER BROKERMINT TEAMS ON ESCALATED ISSUES
BROKERMINT EXPECTS A GOOD CANDIDATE TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
PROVEN CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE APTITUDE
STRONG PHONE CONTACT HANDLING SKILLS AND ACTIVE LISTENING
CUSTOMER ORIENTATION AND ABILITY TO ADAPT/RESPOND TO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHARACTERS
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS
STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND MINDSET
ABILITY TO MULTITASK, PRIORITIZE AND MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY
MANAGING SIMULTANEOUS SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATIONS FOR MULTIPLE CLIENTS
