Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information
- Perform clerical duties
- Perform CARCO insurance inspections
- Responsible for accounts receivable, billing and reconciliation of statements
- Manage and maintain files
- Assists front desk manager with day to day tasks
- Communicate and update customers
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Independent thinker and strong work ethic
- Light bookkeeping is a plus
