JOB DESCRIPTION

The Willows at Brooking Park is a Senior Living Community seeking a Part Time Receptionist in our compassionate, non-profit Independent Living community located in West St. Louis County.

Part-time hours will consist of weekends alternating days and evenings. We offer our part time staff accrued paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Include answering the telephones; greetings guests; responding to resident's requests and assisting in coordination of services to residents, families and guests.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of Front Desk and/or Administrative office experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, communicating in a polite, courteous and respectful manner with all individuals required
• Knowledge of basic computer skills required
• Must be able to multi-task is required
• Punctual, dependable and trustworthy is required

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $14.50 per hour
