EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE JOB include at least two years’ experience in non-profit or social justice fundraising/development that includes grant writing, foundation cultivation and running individual donor campaigns. Experience in Central Brooklyn issues and/or racial justice organizing are all advantages, but not required.
