    Job Description

    This position is located onsite in Hatfield, Pennsylvania

    ** Basic Function**

    The Salesforce Administrator will ensure the company capitalizes on the benefits offered by the SalesForce Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system by building, configuring, and managing Salesforce platform solutions to optimize business value. Core duties include supporting users, managing data, and delivering actionable analytics through the creation of performance dashboards and reports. This position will be based at our Hatfield, PA headquarters facility, and will report to the Marketing Communications Manager.

    ** Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

    • Maintain the Company’s Global CRM system using Salesforce Lightning Enterprise Edition & Salesforce Pardot Marketing cloud-based solutions.
    • Work closely with global sales and marketing colleagues to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce platform tools.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions to meet organizational objectives.
    • Build and maintain custom sales/marketing reports and dashboards to be utilized across North American, European, Middle Eastern, and Asia-Pacific sales territories.
    • Generate structured reports to track performance against planned targets for sales and marketing campaigns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Manage all aspects of CRM user and license management to include new user setup, deactivation, establishment of roles, and creation of profiles and permission sets in Salesforce.
    • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
    • Implement configuration changes, including but not limited to workflows, field structures, page layouts, record types, and customer settings to expand Salesforce platform usage and effectiveness.
    • Create training materials and provide new user and refresher user training on an as needed basis.
    • Support global users through managing and resolving user support tickets.
    • Generate requirements documentation and partner with Brooks IT department to implement solutions for tickets that cannot be resolved at the application configuration level.
    • Perform routine maintenance and data cleanup activities of the customer database.
    • Function as a SalesForce super-user. This entails staying current on Salesforce platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates.
    • Maintain an in depth level of understanding of the Brooks sales and marketing processes.

    ** Education and Experience**

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technical field strongly preferred. Relevant professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree may be considered.
    • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities is required.
    • Proven work experience in managing and maintaining CRM systems such as Salesforce systems is required.
    • Salesforce administrator certification preferred.
    • Ability to professionally communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner.
    • A team player with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues across various functional disciplines.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications.
