    Job Description

    BASIC FUNCTION

    Provide technical support for the Operations Team which includes performing maintenance on production equipment, responding to critical production line issues requiring process or equipment related troubleshooting, supporting continuous improvement activities with the validations of new and improved equipment/or processes, and performing training activities for the operations team.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Immediate response to production issues by troubleshooting and repairing hardware systems.
    • Ability to troubleshoot test stands with pneumatic controls and flow measurement components.
    • Perform and document maintenance on equipment utilizing maintenance management software.
    • Document process & maintenance improvements to improve availability and equipment reliability.
    • Order replacement parts and maintenance supplies.
    • Train operations team on process changes and device and/or stand troubleshooting techniques.
    • Perform software validation testing including data collection and issues documentation/resolution.
    • Perform work in a class 100 cleanroom environment.
  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

     

    • Ability to read, understand, and interpret design documentation, maintenance instructions and manuals, operations/assembly, and test procedures.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Technician required.
    • High school diploma plus a 2-year technical degree required.
    • PC knowledge with Microsoft Windows, and/or training, or equivalent experience, required. 
    • Proficient with common hand tools and electronic troubleshooting tools (DMM, power supply)
