    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    · Play a critical role as a member of the client facing consulting team, traveling to client sites each week throughout North America and Europe

    · Be exposed and expected to professionally manage highly complex client organizational dynamics

    · Be expected to retain firm transformational change management positions under resistant conditions

    · Regarding the Fortune 500 client CEO and Executive Leadership team portfolio, be expected to both present and be persuasive through information development and professional delivery of “convincing argument” presentation regarding clients’ strategic performance objectives

    · Be capable of extracting and assembling an understanding of “current state” client operational conditions in short time frames

    · Using “payroll maker” orientation, deliver value-added business outcomes within specified and accelerated timelines

    · Rapidly develop your competencies across multiple industries and sectors, becoming a skilled and highly effective implementer with the ability to develop clear and compelling analyses of relevant client problems and translate those objectives into implementation activities

    RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

    We will be hosting a live virtual recruitment event with our CEO and members of our leadership team on Saturday, October 3rd.     CAREER PATH AND ASSOCIATED EARNINGS:

    • Implementation Specialist I: 1-2 Engagements, Commensurate Salary
    • Implementation Specialist II: 2-3 Engagements, $60,000-$80,000
    • Senior Implementation Specialist: 3-4 Engagements, $80,000-$130,000
    • Engagement Manager: 3-4 Engagements, $150,000-$180,000
    • Managing Partner Delivery: $250,000-$500,000+

    THE RIGHT CANDIDATE POSSESSES:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering or a related field
    • Two to eight years’ success in a rigorous supervisory/management environment, such as a global or Fortune 500 company in one of the following areas:

    o Manufacturing Operations:

    • VP of Operations
    • General Manager
    • Plant Manager
    • Director of Manufacturing
    • Production Manager
    • Production Supervisor
    • Operations Manager

    o Supply Chain and Logistics:

    • Procurement Manager
    • Purchasing Manager

    o Project Management

    • The ability to travel and work directly on the client site each week (paid travel); No relocation is necessary as employees travel home each weekend
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills is a must, including written/verbal, presentation, and follow-up skills
    • Incredible self-awareness, detail-orientation and organization
    • Ability to execute, work under pressure, operate in ambiguity and problem solve with a positive attitude
    • A self-motivated, disciplined and trainable personality and attitude
    • Alignment with company mission, vision, and culture, and contribute in a positive way
