We make sweet and savory food flavors to be used in some of the most popular food brands today. We are looking for a entry-level part-time administrative assistant to help out in our accounting department and provide some assistance to human resources to start.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivables and shipping paperwork
• Reconciling credit card statements
• Filing
• Typing of correspondence
• A variety of projects as needed
• Greet customers
• Order Office Supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma/GED required.
• 1-3 years prior AP skills REQUIRED
• Sage X3 experience preferred, not required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid organizational, communication, problem-solving and research abilities
