Job Description
We are seeking an HR And Business Operations Assistant to join our team! You will report to the Head of HR and Business Operations and assist them in their daily tasks - this includes anything and everything their manager is responsible. This position is not for the faint of heart - a good fit for this position would be someone who is not willing to learn and grow. Also, for this position, we need a person who is discrete and can maintains confidentiality.
Their job will include but will not be limited to the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR:
- Recruitment: Assist in recruitment for various positions
- On-boarding new employees and paperwork
- Create training plans for new hires
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee engagement.
- Manage employee insurance
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Manage their managers meetings
- Maintain the time and attendace softawer
BUSINESS OPERATIONS:
- Help monitor various processes in other departments
- Help research new tools to streamline processes
- Help manage budgets and forecasts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Can maintain confidentiality
