Job Description

We are seeking a Night Operations Manager to become an integral part of our growing team ! We are looking for an individual who can contribute to a team environment by planning and supervising the operations at Brothers Produce. The Night Operations Manager must be able to Identify and communicate clear expectations for direct reports. While tackling the tasks to help remove obstacles in the way of achieving results and establish a sense of urgency for self and team to act decisively and solve problems. Knowledgeable and proficient in WMS is preferred RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and improve operational practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
• Perform warehouse inspections throughout the shifts.
• In force policies and procedures throughout the shift
• Establish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure
• Forecast inventory flow and shorts on product in the warehouse
• Develop and monitor productivity standards
• Develop and maintain efficient, cost effective operations layout
• Establish and maintain daily operating schedules, and coordinate daily cycle counts
• Develop and maintain an internal training center within operation
• Ensure a safe working environment through consistent practice of safety programs and procedures
• Select and place staff, ensure staff receives training for job activities, and define specific job assignments. Manage performance to ensure required levels of productivity and achievement of organizational objectives
• The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Update upper management on absences and how smooth the shift is running or of any issues

• HS diploma
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Effective written and verbal communication
• WMS experience
