    Job Summary

    We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join the BSB&G team for our flagship restaurant in Dracut, MA! In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating & overseeing the kitchen of a fast paced restaurant that offers a large menu based off of quality food. Alongside preparing delicious meals, the ideal candidate has years and years of experience, creativity and strong leadership skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Opening & Closing of the kitchen

    Oversee & produce high quality food

    Inventorying & ensuring Food Cost is in line with goals

    Management of kitchen staff from scheduling to overseeing work

    Ensure kitchen follows proper standards such as storage & labeling, food preparation, cleanliness and safety protocols

    Building the team by interviewing, hiring, development and disciplinary actions

    Working directly and alongside kitchen staff cooking/at station

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Extensive previous culinary experience

    Certification from culinary school (preferred but not necessary)

    ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification

    Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes

    Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

    Excellent management and leadership skills
