This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.
PURPOSE: Work and execute all aspects of operations, and offer consistent and friendly customer services in accordance with company goals and guidelines. Provide administrative support to all areas of the businesses production.
CAPABILITIES
Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and follow-through
Arrive on time and ready to work (VERY IMPORTANT) We start at 7:00A
Working knowledge of office technology- computers, excel, social media, etc
Typing skill of at least 50 wpm
Ability to learn and accept feedback, positive and corrective
Pleasant and courteous on the phone
Be very organized and have excellent time management skills.
General Overview of Responsibilities:
Order supplies, inventory management, and cost control.
Assist colleagues: Owners, Sales, and Installers.
Answer phones and follow up on installations.
Represent the company in a professional manner.
Schedule installation appointments as needed.
Send “Thank you for referral and ask for review” messages.
Process credit card payments and invoices.
Follow up and distribute job scopes daily.
Job Costing while ordering
Collecting 50% of Jobs.
Marketing: Social media, client database.
Act in a timely manner on requests from other employees and customers for jobs booked and updates.
