Job Description

You will be selling our services to the public to generate a quality product for the customer and profit for our company. You will be providing quotes and estimates to our clients. If you like short sales and the opportunity for a one-call close, this is a great business model. 80% of the people we meet will contact us directly and want/need our services. 20% of your efforts will be spend asking for referrals, joining networking groups and finding new untapped clientele on a regular basis.You need to have a keen eye for detail and a taste for the elegant. You will discover opportunities for improvement on customer's properties, while looking for what may have been overlooked or for what needs to be done right. You will be presenting solutions for their situations and sell them what they need.

Compensation: Signing Bonus: $4,000. Starting Wage: $50,000-$60,000 (Includes Base pay and Commissions)

Your Responsibilities:You don't know about gutters??? we will train you...

Develop and execute territory plan to propose & close business leads and estimates to achieve revenue goals

Provide product differentiation to customers, where they understand exactly the pricing and the value of a superior product

Attends all estimates. quotes & assessments without delay. Pricing new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit with customer

Keep constant communication with crew leader and painters (job colors, job scopes, scheduling, billing, etc.), while remaining knowledgeable of our jobs and teams to meet or exceed customer expectations

You will work independently and as part of a great team of motivated individuals who share similar core values

You will receive hands-on training and coaching from experienced leaders, and continuous access to sales and marketing support

Requirements:

5 - 10 years of sales experience

Values of honesty, responsibility, reliability and team support

High Energy, with a positive & winning attitude

Client and Deadline-focused. Results driven

Must be comfortable with computer technology or have a willingness to learn
