    Role: Business Development Manager Take Everything You Ever Learned About Sales and Throw It in the Gutter!

    The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a rapidly growing, locally owned, and operated franchise with multiple locations across the country. Our mission is to "Reinvent Contractor Service" by providing a great place to work and delivering 5-star service every step of the way, from initial phone inquiry, home visit, inspection and estimate, scheduling, timeliness, installation, follow-up, and ongoing support and service. We want to do what's right for our employees, customers, and communities.

    The Brothers that just do Gutters three local Atlanta franchises are looking to hire a single Business Development Manager focused on developing and managing large account relationships with builders, roofers, painters, property managers and others across the 3 territories which encompass all of the Metro Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will have experience and existing relationships in the Atlanta construction/trades business.

    Work Location is virtual - ideally based in the North Atlanta area.

    Job Responsibilities

    Develop and manage all trade partner relationships and drive strategic sales goals and business objectives in the Atlanta area

    Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals

    Attend business networking events and trade shows

    Provide weekly reporting on new business development activities, revenue forecast and partner needs

    Manage the sales and estimation process utilizing the 5 existing territory based sales resources

    Provide our trade partners with a single point of contact for job estimation, scheduling and issue resolution

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    3-5 years experience in sales or new business development

    Familiarity with researching and identifying company stakeholders, setting initial meetings managing sales pipelines

    Ability to run meetings along with experience presenting to executives and key stakeholders

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with potential customers

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed and exceed targets

    Valid driver's license
