Job Summary

The Brow Bar Beauty Co. is seeking a skilled Brow Artist / Waxing Specialist to join our growing studio in Dallas. We specialize in brow services and waxing, and we are looking for professionals who take pride in their craft, deliver exceptional client experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

In this role, you will perform precision brow shaping, brow lamination, lash lift, facial waxing, body waxing, and other related services while providing personalized consultations to help clients achieve their desired results. You will also play an important role in maintaining a welcoming client experience that encourages rebooking, retention, and retail recommendations.

This role is best suited for estheticians who are confident in their services and understand the importance of client retention, rebooking, and retail recommendations.

This position offers a commission-based pay structure with performance incentives. Artists typically begin part-time while building their clientele, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time schedule as demand and bookings grow.

Responsibilities

Perform precision brow services including brow shaping, waxing, tinting, and lamination

Provide full facial and body waxing services with attention to detail and client comfort

Perform lash lift services according to studio standards

Conduct professional consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate services

Deliver an exceptional client experience that encourages rebooking and long-term retention

Recommend retail products and aftercare to support client results

Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism at all times

Stay up to date on beauty industry trends, techniques, and best practices

Contribute positively to a collaborative and team-driven studio environment

Qualifications

Active Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License required

Experience performing brow services and/or waxing in a professional environment preferred

Strong consultation and client communication skills

Comfortable recommending services and retail products to clients

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Professional, reliable, and punctual

Weekend availability required

Must be bilingual (Spanish required) .
